The bioterror symposium at the Ohio Valley Medical Center "will earn two continuing education credits during the event. ... Local and state officials are expected to speak on a variety of topics related to bioterrorism, including preparedness on the state and local levels for nuclear, biological and chemical incidents," the Intelligencer continued. Also included in the symposium's syllabus will be management of the Hospital Incident Command System, decontamination of equipment used in a bioterror response and "how to manage patients exposed to nuclear, biological and chemical agents," the local paper reported.
