Envisage to partner with South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy | 03.26.2008 | 15:59:49 | Views: 5659 | ID: March 26 '08: In a press release, Envisage has announced that it will partner with the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy to provide the company's Acadis Readiness Suite to help automate the statewide management of the academy's training, certification, employment and officer records. The readiness suite an enterprise software system to collect, store, search and disseminate information on emergency personnel and physical assets to respond to critical incidents in the first 72 hours of a crisis. The system can be used to identify personnel with the specific skills sets required to effectively respond to a critical incident, company officials said. Envisage will also maintain "legally defensible records ... will automate numerous facets of training operations at the academy, including: scheduling of courses, classes, instructors, training facilities, and training inventory; student registration; housing; document management; and food service inventory," the press release read. In recent past, Envisage has partnered with US Army and with the Corporate Crisis Response Officers Association to help build the Essential Public Network.
