National Blueprint Best Practice Exposition Registration The National Blueprint Best Practices Exposition is co-located with the National Congress for Secure Communities, and adjacent to the General Session hall. Space is limited to 40 expositions in order to provide more focus on best practice discussions with the Delegates.
