NC4 also provides access to the Essential Public Network, portal used by the Corporate Crisis Response Officers Association which is hosting the National Congress for Secure Communities. Robie Robinson, the director of security and emergency management in Dallas County said in the press release they county decided to use the E Team solution because they "decided to implement a common incident management software program that enables vital information sharing across the region - thus increasing the efficiency and accuracy of threat, incident, and recovery information." The E Team solution, according to Robinson, "is a customizable solution that has the right functionality, usability, and robust design all rolled into one easy-to-use platform." Robinson said it would help responders in the Dallas area share information in real time and help situational awareness measures to increase resource allocation and distribution.
